Important Date for the Author

·        Deadline for Early Abstract Submission: 23:59, March 15, 2019 (GMT+8)

·        Early Notification of Abstract Audit Result: 23:59, April 10, 2019 (GMT+8)

·        Deadline for Abstract Submission: 23:59, June 11, 2019 (GMT+8)

·        Notification of Abstract Audit Result: 23:59, June 26, 2019 (GMT+8)

·        Presenting author of an accepted abstract should register and complete the full payment prior to 23:59, July 16, 2019 (GMT+8), in order to be included in the program of ATCSA 2019.

Submission Instructions

·        Abstract can be submitted only in English.

·        The maximum length of Abstract Title is 30 words.

·        The first letter of each word should be capitalized in Abstract Title. (Except for prepositions, conjunctions and articles)

·        The maximum length of Abstract is 300 words.

·        The number of authors should not exceed 10.

·        The number of figures uploading should not exceed 2.

·        Abstract can be cut and pasted from your manuscript, but be mindful of special symbols and word limit.

Early Abstract Submission

·        The ATCSA 2019 provides early submit an opportunity to those who need to receive the abstract audit result in advance in order to prepare for the congress.

·        The abstracts have been early submitted will no longer be able to process the edit nor delete.

·        The abstracts early submit before 23:59, March 15, 2019 (GMT+8) will receive the notification of abstract audit result by 23:59, April 10, 2019 (GMT+8).

·        After 23:59, March 15, 2019 (GMT+8), the abstract will be automatically submitted at the end of abstract submission period at 23:59, June 11, 2019 (GMT+8).

Summary of the Submission

·        The abstracts can be revised online; however, after the submission deadline, authors cannot make changes to the submitted abstracts.

·        Abstract Audit Result will be sent via an email.

·        Each registrant can present or represent up to 3 accepted abstracts.

·        The ATCSA 2019 provides early submit an opportunity to those who need to receive the abstract audit result in advance in order to prepare for the congress.

·        The abstracts have been early submitted will no longer be able to process the edit nor delete.

·        The abstracts early submit before 23:59, March 15, 2019 (GMT+8) will receive the notification of abstract audit result by 23:59, April 10, 2019 (GMT+8).
