Abstract Submission Deadline August 8, 2018

·         Research work should be original and innovative. Work can be presented prior to the ITMIG 2018 Conference, but should also include new information not presented before

·         The Committee allows Clinical Trial abstracts, but will not accept Case Reports

·         Abstracts must be submitted electronically through the Conference website

·         Abstracts will be accepted in English only

·         Abstracts should not exceed 500 words in length (authors and abstract title do not count towards word limit, the word limit applies to the abstract body only)

·         One table may be included, which will count as 75 words

·         A maximum of 2 images may be included, each will count as 75 words

·         The presenting author must be registered for the meeting by August 11, 2018. The presenting author is also the main contact person and will receive all correspondence such as notification of acceptance, presentation details and guidelines. It is the presenting author’s responsibility to provide this information to his co-authors

·         There is no limit to the number of co-authors per abstract

·         There is no fee for submitting an abstract

·         There is no limit to the number of abstracts you may submit (however, an individual may not be offered more than 2 oral presentations)

·         An international panel of reviewers will review all abstracts anonymously

·         Presentations will be in Oral or Poster format based on the scientific content of the abstract

·         All abstracts accepted by the Scientific Committee will be posted on the Conference website prior to the meeting and it is mandatory to agree to this at the time of submission
