2018ATCSA投稿注意事項

Poster

• Make sure your poster has not been presented in any scientific event before
• Topography - Avoid abbreviations, acronyms, and jargon. Use a consistent font throughout.
• Eye Movement - The movement (pathway) of the eye over the poster should be natural, down the columns from left to right. Size attracts attention. Arrows, pointing hands, numbers, and letters can help clarify the sequence.
• Simplicity - Resist the temptation to overload the poster. More material may mean less communication.
• ATCSA 2018 Logo should be on your poster.
• Presented in A2 size (420x594 mm2), times new roman font, in English.

Poster Template

• Make sure your paper has not been presented in any scientific event before.
• Paper is submitted in abstract and full text form.
• MS Word file, in A4 size, double space, justified, 12 pt., times new roman font, with margin 4 cm on the left sides, and 3 cm on the remaining sides.
• Paper must be written in English.
• Abstract must be written not more than 200 words
• Abstract contains :
  • Title
  • Introduction
  • Keyword
  • Conclusion
  • Results
  • Methods

• Should contain following section:
  • Title section : Title, Author’s name, Institution
  • Reference and citation is written in Vancouver system
  • Reference
  • Conclusion
  • Discussion
  • Results
  • Methods
  • Abstract
• Abstract and Full Paper should be submitted to secretary@ATCSA2018 before 15 September 2018
• Participant must enroll to the symposium to get their poster or paper presented.
